Building Brighter Futures through Girl Education and Empowerment
At AiVantage, we believe that empowering girls through education is one of the most powerful ways to uplift families, communities, and society at large. Educated girls grow into women who are more likely to advocate for themselves and others, contribute meaningfully to the workforce, and lead change. That’s why this mission is deeply personal to us—and why we’re proud to support the work of the Harbans Roshan Bhalla Educational Foundation (HREF).
HREF is based in Talab Tillu,a vibrant locality Jammu City, in the northern Indian region of Jammu & Kashmir. It began its journey over 28 years ago with a simple yet powerful idea: to help children—especially girls—gain access to education and care, starting with those who need it the most. Since then, it has grown into a region-wide initiative that currently supports 736 children in the academic session for 2025–2026, providing not only scholarships but a comprehensive support system to help each child thrive.
Through HREF, children receive:
Traditional Marketing Platforms
- Scholarships based on need and merit
- Academic materials such as laptops, books, and stationery
- Counseling and guidance to support their emotional and mental well-being
- Clothing, games, and basic personal care items
- Free medical checkups, medications, and treatment
